Since the Mad Men season premiere is this evening, and I would like to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you to the show, to the character Joan, and to the actress Christina, for making curves cool again. I didn't always have mine…I was a stick until my twenties, and then…well, my figure began to "tell time". It has been a very personal journey for me to embrace my curves, and I am still on it. I love the figure flattering attire that Joan wears, and it encourages me to be more comfortable in showing my figure, in a ladylike way of course. That era, and former ones as well, are for me a constant inspiration. Here's to another season of all the beautiful Mad women!
