July tends to be a time of travel for so many of us, which is why the term Prêt á Voyager, or “ready to travel”, comes to mind. The lovely (free) wallpaper you see above was designed and penned by Lindsey Buck of The Hive Studio (who never ceases to amaze me with her talents). Each month we highlight a French word or phrase, and I’ll be honest – it’s been a challenge to choose something that represents an entire month (obviously Bastille Day is almost upon us, so that was tempting).
